This page describes how personal data is handled by the website tennisleaguevr.com. The Tennis League VR applications are covered by their own policies: Meta Quest, PICO and PICO 中国 (中文).
1. This site is a set of static pages
tennisleaguevr.com is served as static HTML files. In this configuration the site:
- sets no cookies of any kind, and asks for no cookie consent because none is required;
- runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no web beacons;
- has no advertising partners and serves no third-party advertising;
- loads no external resources: every image and stylesheet is served from this domain;

2. What is nevertheless recorded
As with any website, the web server records technical access logs. These contain the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time, the page requested, the response status and the browser identification string. This is standard server operation and is necessary for security and for diagnosing faults; the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These logs are not used to build profiles and are not combined with any other source.
Who processes them. The logs are held by our hosting provider, which acts as our data processor and is bound by a contract under Article 28 GDPR. The servers are located within the European Union and no personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. The provider is named on request.
How long they are kept. Access logs remain available for approximately thirteen months, after which the hosting provider rotates them out.
